What It's Actually Like to Work With Me
If you've found your way here, chances are you're exhausted. Maybe you're feeding or rocking your baby to sleep and finding this unsustainable, or you've ended up co-sleeping and want to teach them how to sleep independently. Wherever you are, I thought it might help to walk you through exactly what happens when we work together, so there are no surprises, and so you can decide if it feels like the right fit.
It Starts With a Conversation, Not a Sales Pitch
Before anything else, we have a free 15-minute call. No obligation, no pressure to book anything on the spot. I want to hear what's actually going on; what you've already tried, what a typical night or day looks like, and what "better" would mean for your family. Sometimes that's "sleeping through the night." Sometimes it's just "naps longer than 30 minutes." Every family's version of success is different, and this call is where I start to understand yours and explain to you how I can help you.
Then We Get Into the Detail
If we decide to work together, I'll first ask you to complete a detailed questionnaire and track 5 days of your child's sleep data; naps, night wakings, all of it. I'm a data-driven consultant at heart, so I'd rather work from real patterns than guesswork. We then go through all of it together in a private 45–60 minute video consultation, where I explain what the right routine for your child's sleep needs are, and explain to you how to implement a successful sleep training plan.
I should also be upfront about something: when it comes to sleep training methods, I only work with approaches that are quick, effective, and backed by research. What I'm committed to is building a plan around the actual evidence and your actual child, not a generic formul
Your Plan, Built Specifically for You
From there, you get a fully bespoke sleep plan. It's built around what I learned in our consultation and from the data you have provided me. You'll have clear, practical steps that you can actually follow to help you stay consistent through the nights.
You're Not Left to Figure It Out Alone
This is probably the part that surprises people most: support doesn't stop once you have the plan. You'll get two weeks of WhatsApp support with daily check-ins, plus phone calls along the way, so if something isn't working or you've got a question at any point, you're not just sitting with it until our next scheduled chat. I'll also send a final email with guidance on nap transitions, starting nursery and travel, because I want you prepared for what's next.
How Quickly Does It Actually Work?
Honestly, faster than most parents expect. Many families start seeing real, noticeable improvement by day three of starting their plan. That's not a guarantee, every child is different, but consistency paired with a plan that's actually right for your child tends to move things along quickly.
Why I Only Work With 4 Families at a Time
I deliberately cap my client list at four. It means you're never waiting days for a reply, and you're not one of fifty people on a generic program, you're getting my actual attention. I've recently completed my third sleep-related course (a Level 6 qualification in Paediatric Sleep Consulting with EDS Training), because I think staying genuinely current with the evidence matters more than resting on a single certificate.
So, What's It Really Like?
In short: collaborative, honest, and practical. I'm not going to tell you to do something you're not comfortable with, and I'm not going to disappear after handing you a PDF. If that sounds like the kind of support you're after, I'd love to hear from you.
