BABY SLEEP SPECIALIST · RICHMOND, LONDON
Your baby can sleep through the night.
I'm Olivia Mackintosh, a Level 6 Advanced Paediatric Sleep Practitioner and baby sleep specialist based in Richmond, London. I build one personalised, evidence-based plan around your child's real sleep need, then stay with you for two weeks while it takes hold. Most families see a clear change within a few days.
SOUND FAMILIAR?
Naps that end after 30 minutes, all day long.
Bedtime battles, then a 5am start.
A four-month regression that never ended.
Waking every two hours, no matter what you try.
It doesn’t have to stay this way. I help families across London, the rest of the UK and beyond get the nights they need.
How it works
Four steps, two weeks, one plan built just for your family.
01
Free 15-minute call
We’ll talk through what’s happening with your child’s sleep, how it’s affecting you, and whether I can help.
02
Sleep history & data
A detailed questionnaire and a few days of logs, so the plan starts from your child's real 24-hour sleep need.
03
Consultation & plan
45–60 minute video call, then a fully written plan built for your child and your parenting approach, not a template.
04
Two weeks together
Daily WhatsApp support, four optional calls, and a final email so you know how to respond to future challenges.
Sleep support packages
Two packages, both built the same way: a full consultation, a bespoke written plan, and daily WhatsApp support while you put it into practice. You are never handed a PDF and left to it.
4 MONTHS - 3 YEARS, IN A COT
Baby Sleep Support
A personalised, evidence-based plan built entirely around your baby's own sleep need, with two weeks of hands-on support while it takes hold.
FROM 2.5 YEARS, IN A BED
Toddler Sleep Support
Consistent, age-appropriate routines and boundaries, built around your toddler's own sleep need, with two weeks of support to see them through.
WHY FAMILIES CHOOSE ME
Data-led, not one-size-fits-all.
I start with your child’s actual sleep patterns, work out their total 24-hour sleep need, then build the plan from there.
I take only four families at a time, so you have me throughout, evenings and weekends included.

“We went from waking every 30 to 45 minutes to sleeping through the night, consistently. I’ve recommended her to so many people because of how good she is.” — Alannah
Common questions
-
Some crying is likely, as very few approaches to independent sleep avoid it entirely. What’s different is that I build the plan around how much you’re comfortable with, so you’re following something that feels right for your family. You’ll have a clear plan to work from, and I’m on WhatsApp throughout, so you’re never doing it alone.
-
Some families notice a difference on the first night, though night three is typically when the improvement becomes significant. Because we start with a routine built from your child's real sleep data, we're adjusting the right things from the start.

Yes. I'm based in Richmond, south-west London, and everything runs over video calls and WhatsApp. I work with families across the UK and internationally.

By the end of our time together, families are sleeping well and feel confident handling whatever comes next. You’ll also have a written guide covering nap transitions, travel and other common changes, so you know how to respond as your child grows. And if something new crops up further down the line, you can always get in touch.
